Strategic Planning
for Results
Organizations in the 90s have to
ensure that their employees are succeeding at personal performance
in the workplace. It has become critical for individuals to manage
their time and focus on doing the right things as well as improving
their abilities in organization, planning, communication and conducting
meetings.
TMI's Strategic Planning for Results program helps
individuals manage their productivity and take control of
their time. This program focuses on the coordination of individual
and team efforts to achieve results and to reach personal and organizational
goals. Participants learn how to effectively allocate their time
and resources and gain an overview of major goals, tasks and
activities; structure business and personal activities; and gain
better control of time.
