Hello, and welcome to TMI,US. My name is Janelle Barlow, and I am
the President of TMI,US.
TMI has many years of experience working with many of the most successful
and admired companies throughout the world.
Nonetheless, every time we begin work with a new client, we are aware
of the unique differences and challenges each organization faces.
As a result, we think the most important way for us to help our clients
is to learn their needs, and then customize some highly effective approaches
in the fields of customer service, staff performance, and quality. We believe
that if organizations are successful in managing their relations, productivity
and quality they will be successful.
Every organization defines this a little differently, and I will
give you my personal commitment that we will work with you until we can
help you to be more successful. And if TMI is unable to assist you, we'll
be the first to tell you! We are only successful when our clients are successful.
