Our client is a foremost insurance services provider, a joint venture between one of India’s leading corporations and a Fortune 100 company. They employ over 10,000 employees and 72,000 agent advisors operating in 700 offices in 400 cities across India. In line with their vision to be the most admired life insurance company in India, they have developed a strong corporate governance based on a set of core values. Following a strategic shift from top line growth to focus on bottom line profitability, the organization wanted to build a leadership culture aligned to its values, business objectives, and strategy. TMI worked closely with the organizationʼs leaders to build a robust leadership pipeline, and development roadmap for future leaders across the company.

What was delivered:

  • A comprehensive leadership development framework supporting strategic goals
  • A leadership development process and roadmap covering 3 levels: Managers of Business (MOB),
  • Managers of Managers (MOM), and Managers of People (MOP)
  • Integration with the Talent Management Process
  • Implementation of an intensive leadership development plan for managers at different levels

Key elements included:

  • Organizational diagnostics using the 5-Box framework and Behavioral Event Interviews
  • Individual diagnostics and personal feedback
  • Experiential development workshops – skill building, practical tools, and case studies to help build the right leadership behaviors
