LOVE THEM ANYWAY

Based on a poem tacked on the wall by Mother Theresa in a Calcutta orphanage.

Rewritten by Janelle Barlow, President, TMI, USA

Some of our customers are unreasonable, illogical, and self centered.
Love them anyway.

If we do good for our customers, some will accuse us of selfish monetary motives.
Do good anyway.

If we are successful, some customers will rejoice, some will reject us.
Succeed anyway.

The good we do for our customers will be forgotten tomorrow.
Do good anyway.

Honesty and frankness make us vulnerable to our customers.
Be honest and frank anyway.

What we spend years building in our company be destroyed overnight.
Build anyway.

Some customers are emotionally vulnerable and attack us if we help them.
Help people anyway.

Give customers the best that we have and at times we'll still get kicked in the teeth.
Give the world the best we've got ANYWAY.
